About Our Chapter

The College of New Jersey Colony of Sigma Lambda Beta was founded on April 28, 2013 by eight extraordinary men. The Brothers of The Colony were all part of the interest group L.E.O.S. (Leaders Experiencing Opportunities Successfully) beginning in the Spring semester of 2012. Through dedication, perseverance, teamwork, and will-power The Most Honorable Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Inc. staked its claim and was founded at The College of New Jersey the following Spring 2013 semester. 



Our Mission Statement: 
The College of New Jersey Colony of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Incorporated stands for the ideals of brotherhood, scholarship, community service, and cultural awareness.  Through these ideals, the Brothers of this colony shall form the foundation to grow and better themselves as well as the rest of society.  This pursuit is never ending; it is critical that we always strive to do better. Through professionalism, academic excellence, love of community, and brotherly bonds, we shall faithfully and truly represent the Most Honorable Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Incorporated.​
